Gua Sha Facial

Gua sha originates from ancient China, The term "gua sha" itself translates to "to scrape the skin" which helps the flow of qi energy to unblock.
Gua sha facial massage offers numerous benefits, including improved circulation, lymphatic drainage, reduced puffiness, and a more sculpted appearance. It can also help relax facial muscles, alleviate tension, and help to enhance collagen production, contributing to smoother, more youthful-looking skin.
Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique, also known as "universal life energy," that aims to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being through gentle, non-invasive touch. This is a fully clothed therapy and hands are placed on and above you around the whole body where universal healing energy is passed to you to help heal emotional, physical and mental blockages.
This treatment takes 45 mins with speak therapy at the beginning and the end. This treatment is very comforting and can be used alongside western medicine. Reiki Energy Healing is for the whole being, to balance mind, body and soul.
Crystal Therapy

Crystal Therapy uses the power of crystals, to balance the body by clearing, cleansing and charging the chakra energy points.
Crystal healing helps promote well-being by using the Piezoelectricity vibration of each Crystal. Crystals vibrate at different levels and each Crystal is used on different chakra points which help balance and harmonize the body to create self-healing. Crystal healing is a fully clothed treatment on a couch and Crystals are placed on the body, then using a wand or a quartz crystal point to clear any blockages. The treatment lasts 45 minutes and has speak therapy at the beginning and at the end.
